Durango Resources Inc. Applies to OTCQB FOR US Listing
Vancouver, Jan. 29, 2018 - Durango Resources Inc. (TSX.V-DGO) (Frankfurt-86A1) (OTC Grey-ATOXF), (the "Company" or "Durango") announces that further to the news release of January 19, 2018, Durango has begun the process of securing an OTCQB(R) listing to facilitate trading of the Company's shares by U.S. investors. The OTCQB(R) Venture Marketplace is an market for entrepreneurial and development stage U.S. and international companies. To qualify for the listing, companies must be current in their reporting and undergo an annual verification and management certification process. These standards provide a strong baseline of transparency, as well as the technology and regulation, to improve the information and trading experience for investors.
