Nickel One Resources Inc. Closes Transaction and Acquires 100% Interest in LK Project, Finland

VANCOUVER, British Columbia, March 05, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Nickel One Resources Inc. (the “Company”) (TSXV:NNN) announces it has closed the transaction and completed the acquisition pursuant to the Definitive Agreement signed with Finore Mining (“Finore”) for the purchase of 100% interest in the Lantinen Koillismaa Platinum Group Element-Copper-Nickel (PGE-Cu-Ni) project (“LK Project”) located in North-central Finland (see press release dated February 1, 2017).
In connection with the closing, the Company:
- issued 5,000,000 common shares and 2,500,000 common share purchase warrants exercisable at $0.12 for 24 months from the date of closing;
- will also issue, upon TSXV approval, 250,000 finder’s fee shares in connection with the acquisition.
All securities issued are subject to a four month hold period from the date of issue.
