TORONTO, March 09, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Crystal Peak Minerals Inc. (“Crystal Peak” or the “Company”) (TSXV:CPM) (OTCQX:CPMMF) is pleased to announce that it has issued 3,270,517 common shares in the capital of the Company (“Common Shares”) at a deemed value of $0.40 per Common Share to settle an interest payment pursuant to the convertible loan agreement with EMR Capital Investment (No. 5B) Pte. Ltd., an affiliate of EMR Capital Resources Fund 1, LP, its largest shareholder.
