Finlay Minerals Ltd. applies to amend warrants
VANCOUVER, April 9, 2018 /CNW/ - Finlay Minerals Ltd. (TSXV:FYL) ("The Company") reports that it is applying to the TSX Venture Exchange (the "Exchange") to amend the term of 2,928,572 warrants with an exercise price of $0.05 and expiring on April 12, 2018 issued under its private placement completed on April 12, 2016 (the "Warrants"). The Company is applying to extend the term of the Warrants from 24 months to 48 months; accordingly, the new expiry date of the Warrants will be April 12, 2020. No amendment will be made to the exercise price of the Warrants. The foregoing amendments are subject to regulatory acceptance by the Exchange.
