Val-D'Or, May 14, 2018 - Pursuant to its press release of April 27, 2018, Knick Exploration Inc. (<<Knick>>) announces that it has obtained on May 1, 2018 from the Autorite des marches financiers a management cease trade order following its inability to file at the latest on April 30, 2018 its audited financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2017 and the related management's discussion and analysis and CEO and CFO certificates.
Knick is currently working on the preparation of these various documents and foresees that they will be ready for filing by June 30, 2018, at the latest.
Knick intends to satisfy the provisions of the alternative information guidelines so long as it will remain in default of filing the above mentioned documents.
Knick is not subject to any insolvency proceeding.
Knick is in the development stage and is actively pursuing the exploration of its mining properties.
