Minfocus Exploration Corp.: Receives Second Request for Shareholder Meeting

Toronto - Minfocus Exploration Corp. (TSX-V: MFX) (“Minfocus” or “Company”) reports that it received a letter on May 17, 2018 requisitioning a meeting of the Minfocus shareholders (the “Request”).

The Special Committee of independent Minfocus directors, previously appointed by the Board of Directors of the Company, will review the Request and report in due course.
