Namibia Rare Earths Inc. Announces Results from Shareholders Meeting
Halifax, Nova Scotia (FSCwire) - Namibia Rare Earths Inc. (“Namibia Rare Earths” or the “Company”) (TSX:NRE) is pleased to announce that the shareholders voted in favour of all items of business before the Annual and Special Meeting of the Shareholders held in Halifax, Nova Scotia today. Shareholders holding 80.83% of the shares of the Company eligible to vote were present in person or by proxy at the meeting.

Deloitte LLP was re-appointed Auditors of the Company to hold office until the next Annual Meeting or until its successor is duly appointed.
Continuation of the Company’s Incentive Stock Option Plan
The shareholders voted in favour of the resolution approving the continuation of the Company’s Incentive Stock Option Plan.
Change of Company Name
The shareholders voted in favour of the resolution to change the name of the Company to “Namibia Critical Metals Inc.”. The Board believes the new name more accurately reflects the recently expanded commodity base from solely rare earths to include a variety of highly critical commodities including cobalt, copper, vanadium, zinc, lithium, graphite, tantalum, niobium, nickel, and gold. The Company expects to commence trading under the symbol “NMI” and operating under the new name, in the next two weeks. A further press release will be issued confirming the exact date.
