Jade Leader Cancels Early Warrant Exercise Incentive Program
Calgary, Alberta (FSCwire) - Jade Leader Corp. (TSX.V: JADE) (“Jade Leader”) announces today that it has not received regulatory approval for its previously announced warrant exercise incentive program (the “Program”) designed to encourage the early exercise of up to 3,800,000 of its outstanding unlisted warrants (the “Warrants”). As such, the Program will not proceed and outstanding warrant terms will remain as previously set out.
