Sydney - Thomson Resources Ltd. ("Thomson"), (ASX:TMZ) is releasing a revised version of its Company Update of 25 May 2018 following confirmation that the Bygoo farm-in rights have effectively transferred from International Battery Metals to BeiSur Ost Barat Agency Ltd ("BeiSur"), a private Canadian investor group. BeiSur continue to make their payments under a revised option agreement with Thomson. That agreement requires Beisur to pay Thomson A$3 million for a 51% interest in the Bygoo Joint Venture, with A$1.5 million of that having been paid to date. The option to acquire a further 25% for A$22m remains active.
