(“Sphinx” or the “Corporation”) (TSX-V: SFX) is pleased to announce that it will hold its Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of shareholders at 2:00 p.m. on August 30, 2018 in the Town Hall of Municipality located on Grand Calumet Island, in the Pontiac regional municipal county, Québec.
“This is the second year that we are holding our AGM in the region. This demonstrates our commitment to engage with the local community as we continue to explore and discover for zinc in the Pontiac. We had a well-attended AGM in 2017 and hope to repeat the same for this year,” said Normand Champigny, President and CEO of Sphinx.
