TORONTO, Aug. 28, 2018 - BE Resources Inc. (TSX-V BER) (“BE Resources” or the “Company”) announces that the Company will commence trading on the NEX effective as of the market opening on August 29, 2018.
Effective August 29, 2018, the Company’s trading symbol will change from BER to BER.H.
The Company has received notice from the TSX Venture Exchange that the Company had a Tier 2 Continued Listing Requirements Deficiency. The Company has been actively searching for opportunities and synergies with interested parties and has been engaged in discussions to create a value enhancing transaction. Unfortunately an agreement has not been reached by the Exchange’s deadline. As a result, its listing has been transferred to NEX.
The Company is continuing to review a number of opportunities and remains committed to concluding a transaction in the best interest of our shareholders, at which time the Company will apply for re-listing on the TSX Venture Exchange.
The Company also announces that it has updated its contact information on SEDAR.
