Special Meeting of Shareholders Update
TORONTO, Aug. 29, 2018 - Melior Resources Inc. (TSXV: “MLR”) (“Melior” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that, further to the press release of July 3, 2018, a special meeting of shareholders took place today to vote on the Company’s proposed continuance from British Columbia to Australia and associated resolutions in connection with the re-domiciling of the Company. The Company is pleased to announce that the vote was resoundingly passed by shareholders with 99.9% of the votes cast voting in favour of the resolution.
The Board will consider the most appropriate time to implement the continuance.
The proposed continuance and name change are subject to the approval of the TSX-V.
