Canstar Resources Announces Grant of Stock Options
TORONTO, Sept. 04, 2018 - Canstar Resources Inc. (TSXV: ROX) (OTCQB:CSRNF) (“Canstar” or the “Company”) announces that a total of 1,300,000 options to purchase common shares of the Company are being granted to an officer and a consultant at an exercise price of $0.30 per share, expiring on September 4, 2023. The grant is subject to regulatory approval and vesting requirements.
