Toronto, September 26, 2018 - Mainstream Minerals Corp. (the "Company") announces that it has adjourned its Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders (the "Meeting") to Tuesday, October 23, 2018 at 4:00 p.m. (EST).
The record date for the meeting remains unchanged. Shareholders of record on August 21, 2018, were mailed the management proxy materials (the "Meeting Materials") prepared in connection with the Meeting and are available on the Company's profile at www.sedar.com.
The form of proxy included in the Meeting Materials remains valid for use at the adjourned Meeting. Shareholders who have already submitted a proxy or voting instruction form and do not wish to change their vote, do not need to take any further action with respect to the Meeting. Shareholders who wish to change their vote should refer to the "Revocation of Proxies" section contained in the management information circular or contact the undersigned at lmccormack@irwinlowy.com.
