Nevada Clean Magnesium Announces Stock Option Grant
VANCOUVER, December 5, 2018 - Nevada Clean Magnesium, Inc. (TSXV: Nevada Clean Magnesium Inc. (TSXV: NVM; Frankfurt-M1V; OTCQB:MLYFF) (the "Company" or "NCM") today announced that it has granted 9,600,000 incentive stock options pursuant to its Stock Option Plan for its directors, officers, advisors and consultants. The options are exercisable at a price of $0.05 per share for a five-year term. Any shares issued on the exercise of these stock options will be subject to a four-month holding period from the date of the grant. This stock option grant is subject to approval by the TSX Venture Exchange.
