Northern Superior Resources Inc. Announces Share Consolidation
SUDBURY, January 3, 2019 - Northern Superior Resources Inc. (SUP: TSX-V; NSUPF: OCTQB) ("Northern Superior" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that, further to its news releases of December 20 and December 31, 2018, it is has received approval from the TSX Venture Exchange regarding the consolidation of the Company's common shares on the basis of one (1) post-consolidated common share for every 10 pre-consolidated common shares. Effective at the opening of trading on Monday, January 7, 2019 the Company's common shares trade on a post-consolidated basis. The Company's CUSIP and ISIN number will change to 665804308 and CA6658043089, respectively, however the Company's name and trading symbol will not change in conjunction with the share consolidation.
