Metals Creek Resources Corp. Announces Grant of Stock Options

Toronto, January 3, 2019 - Metals Creek Resources Corp. (TSXV: MEK) ("Metals Creek" or "the company) announces that the company has granted 2,200,000 stock options to directors, officers, employees and consultants of the company. All such options will have a term of five years at an exercise price of $0.07 per share, and will be governed by the terms and conditions of the company's stock option plan and will be subject to vesting provisions.
