Engineer Gold Closes Non-Brokered Private Placement
Vancouver, B.C. - TheNewswire - September 30, 2019. Engineer Gold Mines Ltd. (TSXV:EAU) is pleased to announce that it has closed its private placement, announced on September 26th, 2019. The non-brokered private placement to raised $210,000 through the issuance of 2,100,000 units ("Unit") at a price of $0.10 per each Unit. Each Unit is comprised of one common share and one-half of one share purchase warrant (a "Warrant"). Each whole Warrant is exercisable to purchase one common share of the Company at a price of $0.15 per share for a period of 30 months from the date of closing of the financing.
The private placement is subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval and all securities are subject to a four month hold period. The Company paid $15,040 in cash commissions and issued 15,040 broker Units. The proceeds will be used for the on-going Phase 1 exploration program at the Engineer Gold Mine Property, 32 km west of Atlin in northern BC, and general working capital.
