O3 Mining Completes Shares For Debt Transactions
TORONTO, Oct. 31, 2019 - O3 Mining Inc. ("O3 Mining" or the "Corporation") (TSXV:OIII) announces that it has entered into agreements with various arm's length creditors to settle $820,279.48 of indebtedness through the issuance of 211,643 common shares of the Corporation in order to preserve cash for its operations. The shares are subject to a four month hold period expiring on March 1, 2020.
