Nova Minerals Ltd: Secures DTC Eligibility
Melbourne, Australia - Nova Minerals Ltd. (ASX:NVA) (FRA:QM3) (OTCMKTS:NVAAF) is pleased to announce that its OTCQB-listed common shares are now eligible for electronic clearing and settlement through the Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation ("DTCC") in the United States.DTCC is a subsidiary of the Depository Trust Company, a U.S. company that manages the electronic clearing and settlement of publicly traded companies. DTC eligibility is expected to simplify the process of trading and enhance liquidity of the Company's common shares on the OTCQB by greatly broadening the pool of brokerage firms that will allow their clients to trade the stock.
