Hudson Resources Announces Grant of Stock Options
VANCOUVER, Aug. 10, 2020 - Hudson Resources Inc. (“Hudson” – TSX Venture Exchange “HUD”) has granted incentive stock options under the Company's stock option plan to directors and employees to purchase a total of 4,280,000 shares at a price of $0.15 per share. The option price is at an approximate 50% premium to the 10-day volume traded weighted average of the stock on the TSX-V. The options are exercisable for a period of five years, subject to the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange.
