E3 Metals Closes $1,334,700 Private Placement
CALGARY, Oct. 26, 2020 - E3 Metals Corp. (TSXV: ETMC) (FSE: OU7A) (OTC: EEMMF) (the "Company" or "E3 Metals") is pleased to announce the successful closing of its non-brokered private placement financing (the "Offering") announced on October 16, 2020. Under the Offering, the Company has issued 3,336,750 common shares of the Company (the "Shares") at a price of $0.40 per Share for gross proceeds of $1,334,700. On Closing of the Offering E3 Metals has 34,307,900 common shares issued and outstanding. In accordance with applicable securities laws and the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange, the Company paid an aggregate $24,570 in cash commission.
All securities issued are subject to a hold period under applicable securities laws in Canada expiring on February 21, 2020.
