Nippon Dragon Resources Inc. Defendant in Litigation
Brossard, Feb 1st, 2021 - Nippon Dragon Resources Inc. ("Nippon" or "NDR") (TSXV:NIP) reports that Mr. Donald Brisebois has initiated a lawsuit against Nippon Dragon Resources Inc. for wrongful dismissal and unpaid wages. He is also demanding that the Court issue a sublicense to him allowing him to use a technology which he claims was developed by him in the early 2000s. Nippon Dragon Resources Inc. denies the merits of the demands and allegations of Mr. Brisebois.

Nippon is active in the exploration and the development of gold resources in Quebec. The Corporation holds two gold properties, Rocmec 1 with resources recognised in accordance with NI43-101 and the Denain property. Nippon also has an exclusive license for the Thermal Fragmentation mining process.
