VANCOUVER, March 5, 2021 - Outcrop Gold Corp. (TSXV: OCG) (OTCPK: OCGSF) (DE: MRG1) ("Outcrop") is pleased to announce that it has changed its ticker on the OTCPK Market in the United States to the symbol OCGSF and is in the process of upgrading its listing to the OTCQX Best Market. The OTCQX® Best Market is for established, investor-focused U.S. and international companies. To qualify for the OTCQX market, companies must meet high financial standards, follow best practice corporate governance, demonstrate compliance with U.S. securities laws, be current in their disclosure, and have a professional third-party sponsor introduction.
