Melbourne, Australia - Nova Minerals Ltd. (ASX:NVA) (FRA:QM3) (OTCMKTS:NVAAF) advises that 74% owned Snow Lake Resources filed a registration statement on Form-1 on Friday with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to raise up to $23 million in an initial public offering (IPO).Snow Lake is an exploration stage mining company engaged in lithium exploration in the province of Manitoba, Canada.
ThinkEquity, a division of Fordham Financial Management Inc. is the sole bookrunner for the offering.
A registration statement relating to these securities has been filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) but has not yet become effective. These securities may not be sold nor may offers to buy be accepted prior to the time the registration statement becomes effective.
