(TSX-V:AGX) (OTC Pink:WRPSF) (“Silver X” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that, further to the Company's press release dated June 23, 2021, the Company has received final approval from the TSX Venture Exchange for its business combination with Mines and Metals Trading (Peru) PLC and trading in the Company's common shares will resume trading under the ticker symbol “AGX” as of market open on Tuesday June 29, 2021.
