MGX Minerals Announces Appointment of Chief Financial Officer
VANCOUVER, November 28, 2021 - MGX Minerals Inc. ("MGX" or the "Company") (CNSX:XMG.CN) (FKT:1MG) (OTC:MGXMF) is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Sandey Wang, CPA, as Chief Financial Officer. Ms. Wang has previous experience with a variety of public and private companies over the past 25 years, including financial management, accounting, audit and public listing responsibilities. Ms. Wang will receive compensation of $8,000 per month and 400,000, 2 year employee incentive options for an initial three month engagement. Mr. Neil Foran has resigned as CFO and Director as of November 12, 2021.
