Karam Minerals Inc. Announces Name Change to First Uranium Resources Ltd.

Vancouver, Jan. 10, 2022 – Karam Minerals Inc. (“Karam” or the “Company”) (CSE:KMI; OTCPK:KMMIF) is pleased to announce that, effective January 14, 2022, the Company’s name will change from “Karam Minerals Inc.” to “First Uranium Resources Ltd.” (the “Name Change”). The Company’s common shares will begin trading on the Canadian Securities Exchange on January 14, 2022 under the new name and the trading symbol for the Company will change from “KMI” to “URNM”. The new CUSIP will be 33745A108 and the new ISIN number will be CA33745A1084. The share capital of the Company remains unchanged.
