Glen Eagle Resources Inc. Announces Closing of Private Placement
Montreal, April 7, 2022 - Glen Eagle Resources Inc. (the "Corporation") (TSXV:GER) (OTC:GERFF) is pleased to announce that it has closed its previously announced private placement (the "Offering") pursuant to which it has issued an aggregate of 5,150,333 units ("Units") of the Corporation at a price of $0.06 per Unit to raise aggregate gross proceeds of $309,020 (the "Offering"). Each Unit of the Offering is comprised of one common share of the Corporation (each a "Share") and one Share purchase warrant (each a "Warrant"), entitling the holder to acquire one additional Share in the capital of the Corporation at a price of $0.08 per Warrant until April 6, 2025.
The Corporation intends to use the net proceeds of the Offering for working capital and general corporate purposes.
The securities issued and issuable in connection with the closing of the Offering are subject to a statutory hold period expiring on August 7, 2022. The Offering and related matters remain subject to the final approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
