Western Alaska Minerals Corp. Announces Agm Results
TUCSON, July 6, 2022 - Western Alaska Minerals Corp. (the "Company" or "WAM") (TSXV: WAM) is pleased to report that all matters were approved at the Company's annual general shareholders meeting (the "Meeting") held on June 29, 2022. At the Meeting the Company's shareholders re-elected all of the Company's current board of directors, Christopher Marrs, Nathan Brewer, David Smallhouse, Gregory Anderson and Kevin Nishi as well as approved the re-appointment of the Company's current auditor, De Visser Gray LLP. The Company's shareholders also approved the adoption of the Company's 10% rolling Long Term Incentive Plan in accordance with the requirements of the TSX Venture Exchange.
