Archer Exploration to Resume Trading on the Canadian Securities Exchange
VANCOUVER, Nov. 28, 2022 - Archer Exploration Corp. (CSE: RCHR) (the "Company" or "Archer") is pleased to announce that, as set out in the bulletin of the Canadian Securities Exchange (the "CSE") on November 28, 2022, its common shares will resume trading on Tuesday, November 29, 2022.
The trading halt was imposed by the CSE, in connection with the Company's announcement on July 13, 2022 that it had signed a definitive asset purchase agreement (the "Asset Purchase Agreement"), between the Company and Wallbridge Mining Company Ltd. (TSX: WM) ("Wallbridge").
On November 18, 2022, the Company announced that it had completed the acquisition of all of the nickel assets, rights, and obligations from Wallbridge, including proceeds of approximately $2.65 million from the sale of shares that Wallbridge held in Lonmin Canada Inc. (the "Loncan Proceeds"). In addition to the Loncan Proceeds and pursuant to the Asset Purchase Agreement, the Company also closed its brokered private placement for gross proceeds of approximately $10.2 million. The Company announced on November 8, 2022, the completion of a consolidation (the "Consolidation") of the common shares of Archer (the "Common Shares") on the basis of one post-Consolidation Common Share for every three Common Shares issued and outstanding immediately prior to the Consolidation.
