Toronto, May 24, 2023 – Frontline Gold Corporation (TSXV:FGC) (“Frontline” or the “Company”) announces that HDCPA Professional Corporation begun the process of completing Frontline’s annual financial statements, for the financial year ended December 31, 2022 earlier this month. The Company is on track to file the 2022 Annual Consolidate Financial Statements Annual Filings on or before May 31, 2023.About Frontline Gold Corporation
