Hannan Announces Resignation of Director

VANCOUVER, July 31, 2023 - Hannan Metals Ltd. ("Hannan" or the "Company") (TSXV:HAN)(OTC PINK:HANNF) announces that Ms. Ciara Talbot, who has served as Director of the Company since October 2017, will be resigning from her position, effective July 31, 2023. Ms. Talbot's decision to step down is a result of recent professional changes.

Michael Hudson, Chairman and CEO states, "We would like to thank Ciara for her extensive contributions during her tenure as Non-Executive Director of the Company over the last 6 years. Her perspective and balance will be greatly missed. We wish her well in her future endeavors."
