Palisades Announces New Found Closes $56 Million Bought Deal Financing

VANCOUVER, Nov. 6, 2023 - Palisades Goldcorp Ltd. (TSXV: PALI) ("Palisades" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that New Found Gold Corp. ("New Found"), a significant equity investee of Palisades within the meaning of applicable Canadian securities legislation, has closed its "bought deal" public offering of 7,725,000 flow-through common shares of New Found (the "New Found Flow-Through Shares") at a price of $7.25 per New Found Flow-Through Share (the "Offering Price"), thereby raising aggregate gross proceeds of $56,006,250 (the "Offering").
