SRG Mining Inc. Announces Results of the Annual General Meeting
A total of 57,508,748 common shares or 48.99% of the Company's issued and outstanding common shares as of the record date were represented in person or by proxy at the AGM (the "Represented Shareholders").

The proposal to continue the Company out of the federal jurisdiction of Canada under the Canada Business Corporations Act and into the jurisdiction of the Abu Dhabi Global Market (the "Continuance"), and subject to and upon the Continuance, the proposal to adopt the new articles of continuance as detailed in the information circular and proxy statement of the Company dated April 15, 2024 and change of the Company name to Falcon Energy Materials plc was approved by 93.01% of the Represented Shareholders.
The proposal to re-appoint Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton, Chartered Professional Accountants, as external auditors and authorize directors to fix its remuneration was approved by 99.99% of the Represented Shareholders.
