Vancouver, Sept. 9, 2024 - Mineral Road Discovery Inc. (CSE: ROAD) (the "Company" or "Mineral Road") is pleased to announce that, further to its news releases of July 26, August 12 and August 15, 2024, it has increased and closed the final tranche of its non-brokered private placement and has raised an additional $7,500 through the issuance of 150,000 common shares at a price of $0.05 per share. All shares issued are subject to a four month hold period expiring January 7, 2025. Proceeds will be used for general working capital.
