Augyva announced today that, subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange, it intends to commence a normal course issuer bid to repurchase from time to time up to 5,286,076 of its common shares, representing 10% of its public float in respect of the Shares. Purchases will be made for cancellation through the facilities of the TSX-V.
