Nanika Resources hat einen Namenswechsel vollzogen und heißt nun Goldbar Resources Inc. Weiterhin wurde eine Konsolidierung der Aktien des Unternehmens auf der Basis 10:1 abgeschlossen. Die Zustimmung der Aktionäre für diese Maßnahmen hatte das Unternehmen schon bei der Hauptversammlung Anfang April eingeholt.
