Endeavour Mining Completes Share Sale in Respect of Ineligible Foreign Shareholders of Adamus Resources

MONACO, Dec. 20, 2011 /CNW/ - Endeavour Mining Corporation ('Endeavour' or the 'Corporation')
is pleased to announce that the Sale Agent has advised the Corporation that the 67,605 Endeavour common shares have been sold on the TSX today on behalf of all ineligible foreign shareholders of Adamus Resources Limited under the terms of the Scheme. Pro rata amounts of the net sale proceeds will be distributed to each ineligible foreign shareholder (in Canadian dollars) after settlement of the sale.About Endeavour Mining Corporation
