LAVAL, QUEBEC -- (Marketwire) -- 10/05/11 -- Diamond Frank Exploration Inc. (TSX VENTURE: DOD) announces that the previously announced private placement offering has been withdrawn. The Board of Diamond Frank Exploration Inc. believe that the situation is not conducive to financial markets at the moment.
Diamond Frank Exploration Inc., take this opportunity to announce the beginning of exploration work on its Commandant Property, which will include line cutting (underway), to be followed by geophysical work and a drilling campaign.
