MOUNT PEARL, NEWFOUNDLAND -- (Marketwire - Jan. 13, 2012) - Cornerstone Capital Resources Inc. (“Cornerstone“ or the “Company“) (TSX VENTURE: CGP) (FRANKFURT: GWN) (BERLIN: GWN) (OTCBB: CTNXF) today announced that it has granted a total of 1,475,000 incentive stock options to acquire Cornerstone common shares at a price of $0.14 per common share to certain employees, officers and directors of the Company.
