('Primero' or the 'Company') (TSX: P)(NYSE: PPP) announced today its participation in the 2012 BMO Capital Markets Global Metals and Mining Conference taking place in Hollywood, Florida from February 26-29, 2012. The Company also announced that it has changed the release date of its fourth quarter and full year 2011 financial results to Wednesday, March 28, 2012 and that it has retained AMC Consultants, an independent mining and geological consulting firm, to complete an independent National Instrument 43-101 Technical Report on the San Dimas mineral reserves and resources.
