(TSX VENTURE: BGM)(FRANKFURT: IWUB) (the "Company" or "Barkerville Gold") announces that Mr. Farshad Shirvani has resigned from the Board of Directors of the Company effective immediately. The Company thanks Mr. Shirvani for his service and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
