Dunav Resources Reports Results of Annual Shareholder Meeting

LONGUEUIL, QUEBEC -- (Marketwire) -- 06/29/12 -- Dunav Resources Ltd. (TSX VENTURE: DNV) (the "Company") is pleased to report that it held its annual general and special meeting of shareholders (the "Meeting") on June 28, 2012. Over 73% of the Company's issued and outstanding shares were voted at the Meeting, and all items of business on the agenda were approved. The size of the board was increased from eight to nine members. The current directors were all re-elected and Mr. Adrian Goldstone was elected as a new director of the Company. Mr. Goldstone, who has a BSc and MSc from the University of Auckland, is executive vice president, sustainable business development of Dundee Precious Metals Inc., the Company's largest shareholder. Mr. Goldstone has 20 years of experience in the minerals sector in development and operating projects and in corporate positions, and has been involved in mineral projects in Africa, Russia, Europe, Asia, the Americas, Australia and New Zealand.

Subject to regulatory approval, an aggregate of 325,000 stock options were granted to non-management directors following their election or re-election to the board of the Company. The options are exercisable at a price of $0.425 for period of five years from the date of grant, and 200,000 of the options are subject to vesting in three equal tranches over two years.
