Southern Arc Annual General Meeting and Shareholder Update

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 11/16/12 -- Southern Arc Minerals (TSX VENTURE: SA)(OTCQX: SOACF) ("Southern Arc" or "the Company") will hold its annual general meeting on November 23, 2012 commencing at 1pm PST, followed by a shareholder update.

Southern Arc will webcast the shareholder update portion of the meeting, commencing at 1:15pm PST.
