PERTH, Aug. 13, 2012 - Aurora Oil & Gas Ltd ("Aurora" or "Company") (ASX:AUT) (TSX:AEF) is pleased to announce that it has completed the compulsory acquisition of all remaining shares in Eureka Energy Limited ("Eureka") (ASX:EKA). Aurora is now the registered holder of 100% of Eureka's issued share capital. Eureka will request removal from the official list of the ASX.
The former shareholders of Eureka whose shares have been compulsorily acquired will shortly receive a form to allow them to claim the consideration for their shares which is currently held in trust.
