(TSX VENTURE: SGH) (OTCQX: DARDF) (the "Company") is pleased to announce that the Company began trading on the OTC market's prestigious tier, OTCQX International, on Friday November 30th, 2012. As the highest tier of the U.S. OTC market, OTCQX companies are distinguished from the thousands of other companies trading on different tiers in the U.S. OTC market.
