VANCOUVER, Jan. 11, 2013 - Starfire Minerals Inc. ("Starfire" or the "Company") (TSXV: SFR) announces the resignation of Mr. Basil Pantages as a director of the Company effective December 12, 2012. The management and board of directors of Starfire thank Mr. Pantages for his considerable years of service and contributions to the Company.
Starfire Minerals Inc. also announces that Norman Elliot was appointed a director of the Company effective December 12, 2012.
The Company wishes to advise that with the consent of the optionees, it has cancelled all of its outstanding stock options and consequently has no incentive stock options outstanding at this time.
