VANCOUVER, Jan. 24, 2013 /CNW/ - Mawson Resources Limited ("Mawson") (TSX:MAW) (Frankfurt:MXR) (OTCPK:MWSNF) is pleased to that at the Company's Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on Friday, January 18, 2013, (the "AGM"), Messrs. Michael Hudson, Nick DeMare, Mark Saxon, David Henstridge, Gil Leathley and Colin Maclean were re-elected to serve as directors of the Company. In addition, all other items put forth at the AGM were approved.
The directors have appointed Mr. Hudson as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. DeMare as Chief Financial Officer and Ms. Mariana Bermudez as Corporate Secretary.
