MOUNT PEARL, NEWFOUNDLAND -- (Marketwire) -- 02/28/13 -- Cornerstone Capital Resources Inc. ("Cornerstone") (TSX VENTURE: CGP) (FRANKFURT: GWN) (BERLIN: GWN) (OTCBB: CTNXF) today announced it has issued 4,000,000 common shares at $0.05 per share for proceeds of $200,000 to SolGold Plc, as previously announced in its February 19, 2013 news release outlining the terms of the re-negotiated option agreement on Cornerstone's 5,000 hectare Cascabel gold-copper-silver property in northern Ecuador. The shares have a four month hold period which expires June 22, 2013.
